I hope I'm wrong but I'm not sure there's much to do. I was curious about the numbers people were getting with Windows PV drivers. These match DomU to DomU in Linux PV. Transferring data to a DomU seems to be horribly inefficient and I'm not sure you'll be able to do anything about it. Seems like it's a Xen architecture thing. Like I said, I hope I'm wrong.
