Dropped, still no luck.

Xen Serrial Grub entry works fine.

Well you could always use "dmesg > dmesg.txt" ..

No need to setup serial console, unless the kernel crashes..

If it crashes, try to use only "console=ttyS0,blah", ie. drop "console=tty0"
