Yeah actually I get rid of the prob using this as /etc/xen/scripts/qemu-ifup

#!/bin/sh
echo 'config qemu network with xen bridge for $*'
ifconfig $1 0.0.0.0
ovs-vsctl add-port $2 $1

It was using brctl to add the port to the bridge...  It works, at least in openvswitch mode :)
