I'm trying a lower size for now to play safe: 2048. That appears to work OK. 
But I'll try to ramp it up after a while.

try 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768.

You should (almost) always use the largest r/wsize that you can for optimal
throughput.
