you ever tried these packages:

I'm not quite sure on which level they are right now, but in the past 
they always included the latest one!
BTW: I also had success installing the binary-distribution of the 
xen-source 3.0.2-packages on OSS 10.0, 10.1 and SLES 10 Beta some time 
ago, so probably it also can run with 3.0.4 on OSS 10.2!
