What's your server model, 1850?

Under some circumstances (VLANs, Gigabit),
I had to hack a bit some Intel and Broadcom drivers. I could provide you some
of my custom kernels for DELL with e1000 and Broadcom cards to see if it
works (xen 3.03).

Which distro do you use?
I'm working with gentoo and xen 3.0.2 without success.
Non HVM vms works fine with network but isn't the same for HVM.
Let me see your custom kernel may be that I find the solution ;-)
