Hi all,

I bought a Intel PRO/1000 adapter. I downloaded the driver from
sourceforge and the nic works in dom0.
When I run a domU in HVM mode the network is unreachable (the same
that I had with Broadcom).

I have no problem running xen and hvm with an e1000.
But the type of card you use should not be a problem for a hvm domU,
as long as you don't try to give a domain direct access, which is not
possible with hvm anyway, as far as i know.

What errors do you see, what do your logfiles say? How does your vif
config look like for the failing domain?

Henning
