Oh i think i am bit confused here ? 
Need to go through all the replies again .... :-( 
Ill get back soon after getting into detail with all the possible ways...I
cant really think now, which way to follow as i am bit new in this
environment. 
Looking for the best method, so need to do some detailed research for each
one.
