   I sent out a patch a couple weeks ago to add an MDT entry for domU to
cover the fw_mem area used in dom_fw_init().  Since then I realized that
dom0 should have this MDT entry as well.  This means we need to be
careful in dom_fw_dom0_lowmem() not to overlap with this region.  The
attached patch includes these changes, plus some cleanups to move the
inline macros defines to the top of the file, use the same code section
for adding conventional memory to both dom0 and domU and only call
print_md() after the entire dom0/domU MDT is created and sorted.
