Hi,

this patch is expected to help fedora integration.
The kernels is built without using asm-xsi-offsets.h.  The defines are 
re-created within the standard linux asm-offsets.h from arch-ia64.h.

xen-mkbuildtree-pre is now empty.

Aron, if this doesn't help you I think we can forget this patch !

Tested by booting dom0+domU.
