Realised i forgot proper comments and the sign-offs.

Patch: tools.patch
Comment: Moves backend configuration to before construction of domain image, so
         that the backend drivers actually get activated in driver domains.
         Also allows domain names as well as IDs when specifying backend domains
         for vbd and disk configuration items.

Patch: netfront.patch
Comment: Remove the check preventing the netfront driver from starting up in
         network backend domains.
