I think there are two different bugs in this bugzilla, and the original one 
was fixed. 

The second one is happening on the machine described on comment #10. Given the 
the failure (pfn_info related), I believe it's not an SMP problem, but 
probably is caused by 16GB memory or copy_from_user() (for PAE with large 
memory). So the first thing is to check if it works with much less memory like 
8GB or less.
