I doubt there is any interest in XenCenter at this moment, as Jon mentioned, 
XenCenter belongs to XenServer.
VM Protection can be achived but that will break several licenses since you 
need to use software from XenServer (enterprise I believe)
At the end of the 30 days nothing will happen, everything will continue to work 
ok (all features).
