No problem.  

If you have the kernel-doc package installed, the Linux side of bonding
is detailed in this file
file /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-2.6.26/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt.  It 
is mostly just a mater of matching the mode(s) to what your switch supports.
