Hi all,

First of all I'm new to this list, apologies for any breach of etiquette by posting a question straight off the bat.

I have been allocated two distinct ranges of IP addresses, each with it's own gateway and netmask. However, I'd like to be use IP's from both ranges on the same server.

Is there a way to do this without using multiple physical interfaces of the machine?

I think it can be done using virtual interfaces on dom0 where the eth0 would get ip address from one range and eth0:1 from a different range. A guest can have an ip address from eth0:1 range assigned with its default gateway being the ip address of eth0:1 in dom0. Also a guest can have an IP range from eth0 where its default gateway is the ip of eth0 of dom0.

I have not tested this so I can't guarantee. Good luck.

Thanks in advance!

Steve
