I'm not entirely sure what you want as an answer. The current unstable
uses 2.6.18. Unstable will become 3.0.5 in the next couple of weeks (I
don't know the exact bits that are missing, but it's Xen Summit right
now, so I expect it to be soon after Xen Summit finishes). Once Unstable
is free for any patches, I expect that the next release will be using a
newer kernel again. One of the problems with using the very latest
"bleeding edge" kernel is that it can be unstable, so Xen generally uses
the "nearly newest" kernel, as that's the one that has reasonable
stability.
