At the last XenSummit there was a discussion about release frequency,
and I think the target was to increase the frequency, but I'm nto sure
if that target has been reached or not [it seems like quite a while
since 3.0.4 was released]. 
<time passes as Mats goes and does some mercurial commands>
According hg tags and hg export, the following was previous releases of
Xen 3.0.x:
3.0.4: c/s 13088, Dec 19 2006
3.0.3: c/s 11760, Oct 15 2006
3.0.2: c/s  9515, Apr 03 2006
3.0.0: c/s  8242, Dec 05 2005

[Note that this indicates the branch from unstable, not necessarily when
the release was actualy made]. 

That's roughly 4 months between releases
