cdrom='/opt/iso/winxp/winxp_sp2.iso' is deprecated. It now becomes
something like
disk = [ 'file:/opt/xvms/windisk.img,ioemu:hda,w',
'file:/opt/iso/winxp/winxp_sp2.iso,ioemu:hdc:cdrom,r']
