Thread-topic: Centos 4.4 Dom0 + LVM = kernel panic
I am attempting a Centos 4.4 Dom0 LVM setup on a regular IBM desktop w
IDE disks. Has anyone gotten this working??
I made the OS install on LVM (VolGroup00), upgraded the kernel to latest
2.6.9-42.0.3.EL, then installed:

kernel-xen-2.6.16.33-3.0.4.1.i386.rpm
xen-3.0.4.1-1.i386.rpm
xen-devel-3.0.4.1-1.i386.rpm

depmod /lib/modules/2.6.16.33-xen_3.0.4.1
mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.6-xen-cust.img 2.6.16.33-xen_3.0.4.1
mv /lib/tls /lib/tls.disabled

Here is relevant grub.conf:

title Xen 3.0 / XenLinux 2.6
        root (hd0,0)
        kernel /xen-3.0.gz dom0_mem=262144 com1=115200,8n1 noreboot
        module /vmlinuz-2.6-xen root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 ro
console=ttyS0,115200
        module /initrd-2.6.9-42.0.3.EL.img
title CentOS (2.6.9-42.0.3.EL)
        root (hd0,0)
        kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.9-42.0.3.EL ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00
rhgb quiet
        initrd /initrd-2.6.9-42.0.3.EL.img

Here is the entire boot log from the serial console (sorry it's so long,
I didn't want to miss anything)

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
-Trevor
