See below.

Now, the result of a uxdiag -ver command should be: Brd:Rv Bus PCI Spd Base
IRQ MAC FmwVer Configuration

I followed instruction but I have found 2 issue:

The first one: my box doesn't have a Broadcom II netextrime.
Poweredge 860 has a simple broadcom adapter.
I have download the right tool from dell's site
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/format.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&SystemID=PWE_P4_860&os=DOS&osl=en&deviceid=2957&typecnt=2&libid=5&releaseid=R125872&vercnt=1

The b57udiag is like uxdiag. I try to disable the IPMI with this command:

r:\> b57udiag -c 0 -ipmi 0

after the command I have had this output:

Brd:Rv Bus PCI Spd Base IRQ MAC FmwVer Configuration
1:5708C:B1 04:00:00 PCIE-4 2.5 0xF800 6 00xxxxxxxxxx 1.8.0 auto

The second: I reboot the box, but xen didn't still work; when I ping
from vm to any destination the network fail.
I have always the same situation with arp: in the arp list I find a
incomplete entry for
vm's physical address.

I'm thinking to buy another card and could be more lucky.
