Added that hint and a link to pastebin. Smaller things should be kept
on the list because pastebin will be emtied after a while.

We can provide the names of some of free email services. Gmail is nice, and it
doesn't even add advertising to the emails.

I'd not go so far to make advertising...

That's really all (although I don't agree with pointing out errors in private.
Not really sure what's worse: being publicly instructed or flooded with
reprimands ;)

I think most people will just ignore wrong postings. And if you didn't
read the netiquette for lazyness, getting 50 Mails to remember you
will help even more reading and following it the next time :
