I am having a similar problem with xen 2.0.3. 2.6.10 in dom0, and 2.4.28 in dom1. Compiled the openafs kernel module, installed, insmod, etc... After a minute the console spews:

Failed to execute MMU updates.

And the virtual machine eventually becomes complete unstable (will not shutdown properly). I have enabled kernel debugging, but the symols are not being resolved for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

invalid operand: 0000 [#1]
PREEMPT SMP DEBUG_PAGEALLOC

after this, both domUs are dead, though dom0 is still alive.
