I don't even have that option in the host OS:

[root@cerberus ~]# sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding
error: "net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding" is an unknown key

Notably though, the IPv6 module is loaded:

[root@cerberus ~]# lsmod | grep ipv6
ipv6                  246892  1 bridge
