Nope. You'd need "console=xvc0" to force the kernel to use xen console
as the default output.

Start by:
- removing all network setup lines from your "extra" settings. You can
easily set it up later.
- verify that the network is correct. You used
vif = [ 'mac=00:16:3E:01:06:00, bridge=brA, vifname=vif.A' ]
I wouldn't use a dot (.) in interface name, since it's usually used
vor vlans. Just use something like "vifA-eth0".
Also make sure the bridge you chose is working. In Centos, it's much
easier to start with the builtin virbr0, which is NAT network with
DHCP.
