The distribution I use, SLES, centralizes the config in /etc/xen/vm.  What I 
did was make /etc/xen/vm a symlink to a "configs" directory on my OCFS2 volume 
that's used to share VM info between machines.  So, each node points 
/etc/xen/vm to /xenstore/xenvolume/configs, and all of the nodes have access to 
all of the same config files.
