The 0.10.x.x series are the latest ones. 0.9.x hasn't been maintained
for a while.

Under 3.3.x I haven't had a Dom0 lockup in quite a while. The only thing
I do which is a bit out of sorts is deliberately send Dom0 (blkback) two
bad requests. I do this to determine whether the ring backend is aligned
to 32 or 64 bits. Everything else should be pretty much the same as the
linux frontend drivers.
