Since there were no x86_64 binaries available on the site, and I couldn't find them elsewhere, I had to compile them from source - which was not easy, as it has a bunch of dependencies, requires modification of the spec file and the boot entry. I have made the binaries available and create a short how-to of installing them at http://www.ruslansivak.com/index.cfm/2008/6/9/Xen-32-on-CentOS-51--x8664--RHEL-51-x8664

Feedback welcome.
Russ
