Hello all

Is there IPv6 support in Xen? I did'nt found any information about that.

The linux kernel has support for ipv6... xen doesn't really care.

There's some extra config you have to go through to get it to work - the default bridge config breaks ipv6 in the domU, so you have to set that up manually, as in the post here http://www.linux.ie/lists/pipermail/ilug/2007-May/093320.html

(I'm sure there's a post on this list detailing what's wrong with the bridge but I can't find it right now).

You also have to make sure you fix the mac addresses of all the domU interfaces otherwise their ipv6 addresses will change with each reboot.

Tony
