The rtc.ko kernel module requires IRQ8  ...
When this module is loaded in dom0  you can't load it in a domU and
moreover you can't load it more than in 1 domU

Seems that the zaptelrtc uses something different I'm not sure what but
seems that doesn't use the IRQ8

Take a look on this (seems that is patch for 2.6 because  zaptelrtc
0.0.1 is for 2.4 kernel)
