The 2.6.16.29 is the current tree used by unstable, in preparation for
3.0.3 release (due any day now).
The only place you'd potentially find that release for 3.0.2 is if any
distribution is using the same with a 3.0.2 release - not sure if there
is any...

I found Debian. There is this development server, Alioth, and it contains the patches for 2.6.16.19. I tried to apply them to a vanilla kernel 2.6.16.29 and they applied nicely, but the make command did not succeed.

Anyway, I was hoping to find the "official" kernel used by the Xen developers (i.e. 2.6.16.29, if I am not mistaken) replicated in the three branches, but I see they only upgrade kernel versions in the unstable branch, which is very much understandable. :)

Since you mentioned, will the kernel version 2.6.16.29 be the official kernel used for the new 3.0.3 stable version, when it's released?

Cheers!
