 important is that it does support VT, the CPU does the board I don't 
know. For evulation I bought a Dell Dimension 9150 with PD 930 - it's 
not a system I want to have for daily use, but it was cheap and for 
prototyping it was enough!

 You should use the distri you know best, I tried Xen with SuSE Linux, 
Ubuntu and Redhat, it works with all if you install the 
binary-distribution of Xen 3.0.2!
 But at the moment SuSE Linux 10.1 and SELS 10 are the distris that have 
integrated Xen 3.0.2 so I think SuSE Linux is a good choice right now!
