I come up with an updated patch for the ia64-mini-os port.
I removed the acpi stuff, stripped down the efi part and cleaned up the code.
Because my patche to netfront is in the tree, the netfront stuff is running as 
well now.
In the meantime I added some stuff in preparation for building big endian 
mini-os (SWAP(..) and #ifdef BIG_ENDIAN ...) but that's not ready, changes in 
common in mini-os code are still needed.
