Hi Alex,

I think this is because arch_get_info_guest may be called before privregs
are allocated.

I propose we remove dcr from struct vcpu_extra_regs.
I don't think dcr should be configurable.

If you agree, I would like to do this patch.

BTW, turning on dcr.dm can gain 5% performance improvement on 
SPECINT2000, of cause SPECINT2000 is compiled by ICC.
