I think changeset seems to be OK, since dom0 can work in the start even without 
multiple domain patch. Regarding your cmdline, there's no serial redirection 
assigned for xenlinux. Do you work remotely or locally? Sorry for tedious 
question, but I just want to make clear any configuration issue. If there's 
even no output on vga console, it's definitely a severe problem. ;-)
