Yes i have, i don't know if i've try it.

No, I mean the Xen hypervisor console, rather than any of the domain consoles. It's easiest to access if you have a serial port, and boot Xen with "console=comX" where X corresponds to the serial port you used.

You should also be able to enable ACPI_PROCESSOR_XEN (also requires
CPU_FREQ).

Were can i find it in menuconfig?

Power management and ACPI options -> CPU Frequency scaling -> ACPI Processor P-States driver
