Virt-manager is functional, however "virs create" doesn't create new domain

1. Could you post ? # virsh version 2. Does "virsh create" work properly in your environment ?
Same Xen 4-rc4
& 2.6.32 pvops on top of Ubuntu 9.10 Server ( Libvirt 0.7.0) allows virt-install to perform F12 & CentOS 5.4 PV DomUs installs with no problems. Virsh define & virsh start <DomName> also work OK. However , virsh create fails to create new Domain. Xen API been used is 3.0.1 per "virh version" report. I believe Xen driver for Libvirt in my case doesn't communicate properly with "xend"

Xen 4.0.0 rc4 (x86_64) builds, boots and works OK for me, with the latest x86_64 Linux 2.6.31.6 pv_ops dom0 kernel from xen/master, on Supermicro Intel Core2 Quad hardware. For testing I was running PV guests using virt-manager. The host is Fedora 12. No regressions found in my (pretty quick) testing compared to Xen 3.4.x. -- Pasi _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxhttp://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
