I can confirm that Jeremy's 2.6.31-rc3 kernel crashes upon startup. 
Halfway through booting the Xen Dom 0 pvops kernel the computer reboots.
 
 
 
I will now switch back to the 2.6.30-rc3 branch.

      Btw rebase/master (2.6.31-rc3) doesn't work currently on 32b PAE. 
It'll crash during startup.
     
      xen-tip/next (2.6.30-rc6) works on 32b PAE.
