This looks like the same issue Pasi Kärkkäinen reported in the thread
"xen.git branch reorg / success with 2.6.30-rc3 pv_ops dom0". We
isolated the issue last week (there is a big ugly patch near the end of
that thread) but don't have a proper fix yet.

What sort of CPU do you have?
