so there is two options.
1. backport Relevant driver.
2. Forward port XEN to 2.6.22
which is more better and stable according to you?

you are correct, previously i was thinking that unstable XEN 3.2 is
having this hardware support. But after checking hardware
compatibility list at following, it was clear that only XEN 4.0 will
have this hardware support.
