I've never seen anything like this. Did you build the kernel
yourself? What version of gcc? (We use 3.2.2 as per RH9)
Can you reproduce with one of our nightly builds?
The TCP stack is clearly seriously confused. It's hard to imagine
how Xen could cause this.
