Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
We got an sandy bridge recently, and try to build a nightly test environment on
it. But we find it doesn't bootup under PAE . From the log , we find it fail to
enable x2apic. Follow weidong's suggestion, we disable the x2apic in grub(add
x2apic=0 in xen's arg) and it boot success.

So here is the work around way to boot xen(PAE) in sandy bridge:
add "x2apic=0" in xen's arg in grub.
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.install rhel5u5-ia32 in sandy bridge
2.install latest xen(cs:22132)
3.reboot machine to boot up xen.
Current result:
----------------
machine start fail.
Expected result:
----------------
machine start success
