Same Problem here. I have a Fujitsu Primergy TX150S5 Server with only one

dom0:~ # rpm -q xen
dom0:~ # lspci
14:03.0 VGA compatible controller: Matrox Graphics, Inc. MGA G200e [Pilot]
ServerEngines (SEP1) (rev 02)
14:05.0 Network controller: Dialogic Corporation BRI (rev 01)
dom0:~ # lspci -t
           |                                      \-09.0
           |                 \-05.0

To pass through the ISDN Controller (14:05.0) to a PV domU, I have to do the
same with the onboard graphic controller (14:03.0), by this killing my local
display. I suppose this was not intended. In XEN 3.2.1 the ISDN controller
could be passed through alone.
