Bug detailed description:

With vt-d device assigned, HVM guest cannot be resumed after HVM S3. errors are
printed to serail port as attached.
Without vt-d device assigned, it can work normally.
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) Create a HVM guest with vt-d device assigned.
2) Try HVM S3 in this guest,"echo mem > /sys/power/state"
3) Try to resume it in Dom0, "xm trigger <domid> s3resume"
