I have tried loading the 0.9.9 version of the drivers on Vista and 2008.  I
followed the procedure to install the drivers, change the boot loader and I see
the drivers in device manager, but they are not starting, other than I can
manually start the shutdown monitor.  I have not signed the drivers with
signtool, but I disabled the requirement using F8 on reboot, still no luck. 
Tried multiple virtual machines, still no luck.  The error code that's showing
up for the driver is error code 10, pretty generic, so I'm not sure what might
be the problem, any advice is welcome. I'm running the above version of Xen,
this is a uniprocessor virtual machine trhying with 64 Bit versions of both
Vista and 2008.  I can use this fine on XP and 2003, both 32 bit and 64 Bit.
