Keir followed-up to my mailing list questions to point out that while the
xenbus_map_ring_valloc() API doesn't support this, I can achieve what I want by
using the GNTMAP_device_map flag to the HYPERVISOR_grant_table_op.  This then
doesn't map the granted page into dom0's address space, but does provide a
device bus address that can be used.

Resolving INVALID.
