If you don't have a default route set when xend starts, network-bridge fails to
create a xenbr interface. If I revert to the version of network-bridge from
3.0.2-2, it works fine.

In my case during startup I start xend first, and afterwards start networking.
I have to do this because xend moves the eth/veth/peth interfaces around, and
dhcpcd gets upset if you move the interfaces under it. As a result when xend
starts, there are no routes.

This is also the case if Dom-0 uses dhcp to get it's IP address and dhcp hadn't
assigned an address by the time xend starts.
