I have different symptoms from those reported above.  In my case, the test
fails with a timeout.

This test passes for me if I change nographic to 0 and sdl to 1 in
tools/xm-test/lib/XmTestLib/XenDomain.py.  It puts up a few windows in this
case and therefore requires working X.

So it looks like the bug is in the area of support for the nographic flag in
qemu.  In my case, qemu takes 100% cpu when this flag is specified.  I think
that 5 instances of qemu-dm trying to take 100% cpu in dom0 is enough to cause
the test to timeout.
