It looks like GRUB is being loaded by the BIOS but then can't access the
CD-ROM drive after it's booted.  Since the 2.0.6 demo CD is giving the
same error it can't be caused by our modifications to GRUB.

Presumably the BIOS isn't telling GRUB about its CD drive in a way GRUB
can understand.  Trying to use a USB CDROM can cause very similar
