do you know how to pass option to a module?

Passing it in kernel command line is somewhat tricky. What you're
doing simply wont work. You probably need something like
"xen-fbfront.video" instead of just "video" (untested).

Better just put it in /etc/modprobe.d and rebuild your initrd.
