Same problem here... 

The system is a bit unstable for us, we've build 4 phisical servers with
xenservers mapping an iScsi / NFS shared storage. 

Also heterogenous vm installed inside all of it. And yesterday, suddenly the
vm's began to get powered off and there's was not other way rather than
reboot the phisical server for each one to make it work again.

any news??
